P. Kent Eichelzer, III
I guarantee effective and aggressive representation for you and your loved ones. My reputation and history of successful litigation spans over 18 years, focused on civil law. We treat you with respect. Every client is important to us whether your case involves massive injuries or not, you can rest assured that we are on your side.
I have represented thousands of clients involved in a wide variety of personal injury matters. My career started at an insurance defense firm whose main client was State Farm Insurance Company. I know the ins and outs of the insurance companies which gives my clients an advantage throughout my representation. Just as numerous prosecutors in the Georgia criminal courts have switched from prosecuting to criminal defense, I have done the same by switching from insurance defense to prosecuting claims against insurance companies. I am very comfortable in the courtroom and have tried numerous jury trials. Being raised in a small town in Iowa, gave me a strong work ethic.
I belong to the Cobb County Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Super Lawyers. I am also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and participate in GAPI, a personal injury forum for select Plaintiffs’ attorneys. I am highly involved with my family and sporting activities.
A graduate of Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, I earned my Juris Doctorate in Georgia . I am admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the State Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and all federal courts.
Education: Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa, Cum Laude and John Marshall Law School, Atlanta, Georgia, Law Review.
